The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The location was great because it was close to the market plaza and lake. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was poor and often served cold. The Wi-Fi was not very strong and the TV reception was fuzzy.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation and getting some rest. It is also conveniently close to Ha Long Market Plaza and a beautiful lake, offering scenic views and a pleasant atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing excellent amenities and comfortable beds. the bathroom is also spacious and well-maintained. the hotel facilities are adequate for a three-star hotel, and there are several nearby restaurants to choose from.
The breakfast options were limited, and some dishes were served cold.
